金剛佛龘小活佛(蕭佛龘)是我的表妹。她今年十三歲。

Young Living Buddha Vajra Fo Lang (Diamond Naga Siu) is my cousin. She is 13 years old this year.

金剛佛龘是中國漢傳密宗──聖密宗金剛禪佛教（美國總部）的小活佛。她自從五歲開始練動禪。她是中國漢傳密學研究院動禪陀羅尼副督導。

Vajra Fo Lang is a Little Living Buddha from the Chinese Han Transmission Tantrayana Buddhism, Holy Tantra Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhism (USA headquarters). She has been practising Dynamic Dharani since she was 5 years old. She is the vice-supervisor of Dynamic Dharani Action Dhyana of Chinese Han Transmission Esotericism Academy.

她喜愛動禪陀羅尼、喜愛運動，特別是打網球和跑步。

She enjoys playing sports very much, especially tennis and running.

在　薄伽梵　師尊爺爺的加持之下，最近，她在十八分鐘內完成五公里長跑，她是全校跑得最快的學生。

With the blessings of Bhagavan 師尊爺爺, recently, she has ran 5 kilometres in 18 minutes, and she was the fastest runner in the school.
